Notes:
1. 黑色标题（黑名）作品，表示谱面通过审核水准，但仍有大量进步的空间。
BLACK FONT TITLE indicates that the notechart has passed the quality threshold, but it can be improved a lot.
2. 红色标题（红名）作品，表示谱面品质较好，但仍有进步空间。
RED FONT TITLE indicates that the selected notechart has a good quality,
but there is still room for certain improvements, depending on the chart itself.
3. iBMS编号作品，表示iBMS群内优良作品。没有最好，只有更好！（注：欢迎各位noter加入iBMS群5628711）
iBMS RANKED NOTECHART indicates that the selected notechart represents some top qualities produced by the iBMS group.
There is no best, only better! （Welcome to join the iBMS group! QQ no. 5628711）
4. 请自备封面（800*600jpg）和小图（90*65bmp）。但只有红名及以上的的水平，封面才会显示在o2mania发布页。
Please include the image cover (800*600jpg) as well as the thumbnail (90*65bmp) in the music/BMS pack you upload.
For selected notecharts with qualities over the red-title standards, the cover image will be shown in the release page.
5. 季节性或时效性的作品将准时发布。另外，每次更新一个红名和数个黑名。
Special notecharts, that is, those associated with special events, will be released on time.
Each release patch includes a red title and several black titles.
6. 重复上传的作品，只视最后一次有效。
If you repeatedly submit particular chart(s), only the LATEST VERSION will be treated as valid.
7. 鼓励renote(谱面修改)，但质量需有明显提升，且同一作者不可在短时间内renote同一个作品。
Renote is welcomed, if the quality is greatly improved.
Same notecharter is not allowed to renote the same title within a short period of time.

注：
Reasons for "No pass":
1. 未完成的谱面及歌曲信息，或是音频缺失，给予不及格。
Uncompleted notecharts automatically fail!!! Charts with unreasonable amount of missing information,
or missing audio file(s), will be categorized as "no pass" subject to the notecharter's later fixes of the issues.
2. 基础问题严重，如压音，抓音，排列奇葩，变速奇葩，给予不及格。
Notecharts with severe basic mistakes:
off-syncness, misplaced measure lines, major sound left out or messed-up sound picking strategies,
unreasonable note arrangements, and/or speed changes, risk receiving a NO PASS due to poor quality.
