这说明你想得太多了，人如果想得太多自然没法睡觉了，其实我自己也常常经历你所说的那些“幸运”，也因此而失眠，但是我觉得我比较会调整自己的心态，可能我比较爱惜自己吧？我会努力“跳”出来，让自己尽量的快乐，我会想“爱怎样怎样吧！”，然后睡意就又会回到我身边了。

说实话 我很不爱惜自己的......

我就说我自己的体会吧：人往往在年轻的时候对许多事情都很在意，容易冲动，情绪波动比较大，喜怒哀乐都很强烈，也就容易无法克制地想很多事情，而且很容易悲观失望也没什么耐性，而且生活也往往不尽如人意，所以有段时间我觉得自己神经衰弱了，经常失眠，有时候觉得自己有疯掉的危险！当时记得吃过谷维素（治疗植物神经紊乱）和枣仁安神口服液（治疗睡眠），当然最后治好我的我觉得是我自己对好些事情想开了，同时采取了一些办法分散自己的注意力，尽量让自己从其他的事情中寻找乐趣和自我，尽量扩大自己的视野和天地，消耗年轻时过多的精力和时间，当然我采取的不是上网之类的，最关键的是我知道自己必须让自己从这种“局面”中走出去，否则最对不起的不是任何人而是我自己，人活一世不容易，天生我才必有用！我何必不善待自己呢？我要爱自己！

怎么说了性格属于比较罕见类的具体说不好 反正也习惯了.我想我能抗的住的....
