Yes, that's right, but it only for the new account....
if you got a account b4 1-2years and you did the payment.. It could be logon in china..

the black list in the service will do nothing with the old acc...
I did try a new acc..but I got banned.

hmmm...seems its better to get my acc back...
gm took all my equipment and zeny away bcos of the traded...
but acc was safe...(and the lvl...)

well, that's good. you can restart in euRO...and i think loki is better than chaos now..
coz so many ppl there, You got more opportunity there.

one more thing I forgot to told you.
I suggest that you should send a Email to the office b4 you do the payment.
then ask about your acc status..

80 sage could solo in underprison....got Elu W herb......sell your loots buy the base eq.. 5m-8m should cost you 2 weeks
