If you're coming from iRO, that I suggest you should deliver an E-Mail to Gravity, Co., Ltd to complain or protest against the settings of RO and handle out this un-equilbrum.
As well, you'd better to ask why many overseas representatives like to carry out a REAL RMT operational policy. For example, in CRO you can buy a whole package of acid bomb for creators.
