最近抽烟过多

最近抽烟过多差不多每天3-4包得了咽炎连续吃了一个月的绿箭薄荷糖每天2铁罐......现在不管是鼻子还是嘴吸气直接凉到胃里这副做用太大了

我宅在家里....没人分烟也没人跟我强.....算了下4包80根一天我有14小时电脑桌前平均10分钟一根本来白色的墙都以竟黄了
可惜我不会帖图....昨擦了下电脑屏目全是烟油我感觉屏目终于不黄了像新的一样
