[Skin] Step o2mania

For people who love playing DDR!

This is a skin I made few weeks ago as a proof of concept.

- 4 buttons key (D F J K) Other keys = auto play.
- Note scrolls up.
- Combo count, judgement, life bar, speed indicator.
- "Here we go!" on music starting and "FAIL" when you run out of HP.

It does not work with 1.3.0 beta... It needs Mania 1.2.0!
