I read that as good news. They will pay for one ultrasound during pregancy, for no particular indication. Thereafter only do one for indications. That is how I have tried to do ultrasounds for that past 28 years. Unless I am reading that wrong, they want you to give a reason why they should pay for any additional ultrasounds.
