I haven't seen a 'Melee Wizard' for a long time .. 2-3years maybe?
I think a knife with Matk is better than a Counter Dagger, because Enchant Blade(附魔刃) is more effective when u have high Matk
If  2H-staff is faster than knife(I don't know which one is faster) , then a Wizardy Staff（大巫师之杖, 120Atk 200Matk） should be handy
But unlike the Counter Dagger(Cri always results as a hit), you'll gonna  need some Dex to provide enough Hit
Aspd is not the problem actually, because there are lots of ways to increase aspd(My rune knight only have 50Agi but I can reach 190+aspd), a 90+Agi Warlock equiped with a 2H-staff can reach 185+aspd probably
Oh yeah, the Noble Hat(勇士之帽) is a very good stuff  for aspd, it have a chance to auto-spell  Lv1 Adrenaline Rush(速度激发) while attacking

Last night's GVG, a motherfucker use Ice Wall to block our guild's pilot's(the guys who use warp portal for guild members, we call them 'pilot'(飞机师) ) Warp Portal╮(╯_╰)╭
