单手武器可怜的atk牛卡增益少，不如邪弓全段，而且邪弓泛用性高

可否解释下邪弓卡“全段”的意思？谢谢
另外 如果只打大型BOSS 牛卡加15% ATK+5 邪弓只有加10% 为啥不选牛卡？一直不明白，答案可能和我上面个问题有关，故望点拨，谢谢！
