Opera是个好浏览器，楼主说的收藏夹是书签吧。
书签文件一般是在
C:\Documents and Settings\用户名\Application Data\Opera\Opera\profile\opera6.adr

你也可以选择“文件”→“导入和导出”→“导出opera书签”，还原时执行逆操作就可以了。
如果要备份全部设置，就把“C:\Documents and Settings\用户名\Application Data\Opera\”这个文件夹全部备份吧。
