Hindsight= Only seems to proc the hindsight off of actual swings rather than damage done, so this card doesn't increase effect.
Status effect - Does seem to splash.
Acid Bomb - No splashing.
Reflect damage- does not splash only returns to what is hitting you.
Hit Emp - Splashes to surrounding targets.
Hit Target next to emp - Splash is attempted on emp but misses.
Martyr's Reckoning - The Swing hits do NOT splash.
Shattering Strike - The splash damage does not break stuff
In the end the card seems to only splash effect/straight damage(icepick is calced as adding attack based on the def/vit of target) and element.
Crits and skill hits don't splash. Works very much like a shotgun/grenade launcher, while calcing damage like HSCR or the physical part of Soul Destroyer.
