这首是 Bob Dylan 在 1973 年為电影《 Pat Garrett And Billy The Kid 》所写的插曲。《 Pat Garrett And Billy The Kid 》是说一个名叫 Pat Garrett 的流氓，被委任為警长，要追捕自己从前好友 Billy the Kid 的故事。
