Baresi eyes AC Milan top job

Franco Baresi admits he'd love to one day coach AC Milan.

The Milan legend is currently working with the club's junior teams and said: "I would be very happy to coach Milan one day. If the possibility ever came up, I would take it.

"At the moment I am training the juniors to gain experience and to learn.

"From the team of Arrigo Sacchi, many former players are now coaching successfully. We all have been influenced by him and I think we all transmit his winning mentality to the players we now coach."

Indeed, Carlo Ancelotti, Frank Rijkaard, Marco van Basten and Roberto Donadoni have all emerged from the Sacchi school in recent years.
