Nice to talk with you,since you did a great job in making DVD for 2005 fall convention.Now we will hold the 2006 Spring Convention in Taichung in April.I am SAA of the NCBTCCT(Toastmmaster Club),we are in charge of the DVD record and provide the Stero System forfor 2006 Spring convention. We are going to survey the Vendor to make the DVD record Spring Convention.

Please provide us your last quotation for 2005 fall convention for our refemence and please include the detail item list if possibie.Please provide us new quotation for 2006 spring convention too.By the way,if you can provide the quotation for the stereo system,we are happy to survey it too. 对于你帮我们制作2005秋季大会的DVD我感到非常高兴能够跟你说话。现在我们将于4月份在太仓??(Taichung)举行2006春季大会。我是NCBTCCT 的SAA,我们将负责春季大会的DVD录制以及提供音响系统,我们将要对Vendor进行检查来录制春季大会的DVD

请为我们的refemence??提供我们你去年秋季大会上的语录和物品的细节清单,也请为2006春季晚会提供新的语录。另外,如果你可以为音响系提供语录,我们将很乐意进行检查

不過能力有限,Quotation就知道是引用,語錄,行情,不過好像都不太適合
