说起熊猫人，以OP神秘人物来称呼一点都不为过，他是尾田专门为OP设定的一个隐藏人物，目的大概是让OP迷在看漫画的时候多一些乐趣吧！以下是尾田对于熊猫人的说明：虽然面孔是熊猫,但不知为什么,这位看来很有型的超凡人,同样是刊登在周刊少年"JUMP"杂志上,获得好评的"ONE PIECE"中,尾田老师所话的新超凡人。（汗！）
