that the same as GIF,when u can use REAL black and fill the blank spaces,or u can of course use Photoshop to illustrate the .PNG files

if u cannot save or cannot edit the source pic. u must change the image style to "RGB".then u can do everything whatever u want~

.we have the PAK export tools,but not publish it.
i'll call Author to send you tihs tools and solution your 2nd question

PAK export  tool is not exhibited.
It does not open to the public by any means.
Never is. me not another site upload your PAK export tool.
