◇◇◇◇鲜香麻辣的川菜◇◇◇◇

说川菜“欺世盗名”一点也不为过，看看这道“水煮鱼”吧，不知道“骗”过了多少外地人——原来“水煮”并非是“用白水煮”！

这道“鱼香肉丝”也是，没用一点鱼，硬能做出烧鱼的香味来，厨师的功底可见一斑

这道红彤彤的水煮虾，可是道地的用“白水煮”出来的，别看它颜色红亮，可是一点辣椒也没放啊！

刚上来滚烫的时候吃口感最好

不过吃不了辣的不就要尝试了

基本上不是病死 或者死了以后不新鲜的虾注出来都是红的吧///
