继Hermes充满布尔什维克意味的秋季成衣发布后，Jean Paul Gaultier再次表达了他的“前苏联情结”，将东欧的民族风情引入高级订制服的设计之中。翻领、围巾、口袋翻盖、袖口、裙边、高筒靴口拼贴的厚实皮毛，或是毛皮半截裙，让人联想到寒冷的西伯利亚；而大耳翻边帽、军装式样的大铜扣、苏联妇女的蓬裙、灯笼裤和高筒靴，更具有浓郁的地方特色。传统的东欧民族刺绣与图饰的加入，赋予了这一季悠远的人文风采，挎包和裙摆上的立体花纹刺绣、鲜艳饱满的色彩拼接亦流露出随性不羁的吉卜赛民族本色，彩色的宝石饰品、金银丝线刺绣、流苏……这跃动的异域情怀便是东欧民俗的图腾。 晚装系列选用了天鹅绒和雪纺材质，皮草、蕾丝和金银丝线的点缀更显高贵华丽，而宗教意味和民俗艺术在这一系列中更为张扬。严肃的黑色修身长裙，网状的喇叭袖口盛放着白色雪纺纱玫瑰花束；红色天鹅绒短外套上的金色滚边、刺绣彰显出中古世纪奢华的贵族遗风；各色民族风图案绣带拼接出浓郁的吉卜赛长裙，色彩丰富而不凌乱；压轴的白色礼服用柔软厚实的皮毛拼接成喇叭袖和鱼尾裙摆，高贵清雅的白透出清教徒式的圣洁向往，令人凝神屏息。 比起其他品牌的Couture，Jean Paul Gaultier在华贵之余多了几分流浪的意味，在不羁中流露出设计师的本色。

以皮包起家的BV将其对优质与华美的坚持带入了成衣系列，且在05秋冬发布会上发布了昼夜全系列设计，以服饰勾勒出BV都会女性的形象。白天，她们维持光鲜整洁的干练形象，穿着束腰毛料套装、合身的灰色粗花呢大衣，内搭缎面衬衣或是雪纺薄纱短裙，亦展现女性柔软的一面。多用黑灰、锈红等沉稳的色调，搭配同色系的精致BV编织皮包，内敛中透出高贵优雅。入夜，她们又化身婀娜的性感女人，被华丽的天鹅绒、缎面洋装、皮草配件所包围。服帖的印花天鹅绒长靴衬出姣好的小腿线条，银色皮质手袋是时髦典雅女性的晚宴必备，镶嵌宝石的木质手环则装点出意大利式的妖娆。除了刚柔并济的都会女性形象，BV也推出利落稳重的男装系列，没有过多的装饰，只是用一顶礼帽突出经典绅士气质。 总的来说，BV秋冬成衣的整体设计并无十分出彩之处，虽较之过去款式和数量上都有提高，但因为BV皮包的巨大成功，成衣系列仍摆脱不了“与皮包品味相配的服装形象”的附属地位。若要成为服装界的名家，BV首先得克服自己设下的难题。
